What would you have done differently if you'd known about the economic downturn in 2008?

This opens the door for startup companies to make key developments and take the advantage when things improve. A strategic person can take advantage of tremendous opportunities during these times. The keys are to be patient, to be flexible, and to be prudent.

Studying the cycles is key

Astrological forecasting is tricky, because the meanings in the books aren't always correct for a particular context. I study the major planetary cycles and learn how they've been manifesting in real-world events, rather than simply relying on standard interpretations.

A Cosmobiological approach...

I've been a student of astrology for forty-two years, beginning when I was ten years old. In 1974, I learned of a radically different approach to astrological interpretation, called Cosmobiology. The great German astrologer, Reinhold Ebertin, developed Cosmobiology during and after World War II.

Cosmobiology isn't particularly interested in signs and houses. It focuses almost completely on the geometric patterns formed by the planets as they move. Instead of interpreting the significance of the signs, Cosmobiology looks to the basic meaning of each planet - and combines these basic planetary meanings to reveal profound insights.

This planet-centered approach made great sense to me back in 1974, and I've used it almost exclusively since then. I'm a firm believer in the power of lunar cycles.
